Antique diamonds in a new setting

Does anyone know where to find antique diamonds in a new setting? I’m not seeing many online jewelers that offer that. I’m looking for smaller (under 1 ct) and trying to stay around 2k. Would my best bet be to source the diamonds myself and take them to a local jeweler?
