when is the best time (PST) to get in a rush week game on xbox one?

i love rush week but it seems like no one plays on xbox one 😔 which is soo odd to me bc i get into normal matches really easily. everytime i play i try to get in a rush week match for about an hour with no luck.. i really wanna use the new free skins i refused to buy a year ago :(
