Not sure how to proceed.

I am attempting to buy a new home. My realtor spoke to their agent and we asked for them to throw in a fence. I came in at full price, haven’t asked for anything else. They were offering to pay $5000 towards closing if closed by the end of the year. Otherwise, they aren’t budging. I am pre approved and ready to solidify the deal. Should I just walk away or are am I the unreasonable one? The fence quote was around $3800. The onsite agent had originally told us to ask for extras around the house instead of coming off the price. Now they came back and said no.
