Performance tier sucks

The performance tier is a joke at this point u get a 4 core CPU that cannot even maintain 60 fps in most games and a cripples rtx 3060 that has less than 12gb of vram( thought of that because I'm running out of vram in Indiana Jones at 1080p) wth is Nvidia doing this , what's the point of cloud gaming if we cannot maintain a smooth experience , why ruin your own services by screwing customers over ? I'm not gonna pay for that amymore and not don't tell me to upgrade to ultimate I don't want to and I should be at least the able to maintain 60 fps in games for what I paid for.
