Pressure? Heaviness? idek

I KNOW I have a hemorrhoid, but it is normal with them to feel this weird heaviness? pressure? it feels like my rectum “is heavy and tired” I can’t even explain it. I don’t feel it when I lay down, but when I’m sitting and standing I can feel it all day, for weeks now. Im a hypochondriac and I’m bugging that there’s like a mass or something in there.
