New refrigerator installed, now the outlet doesn’t work after 24 hours

Hi everyone. Yesterday I had a brand new refrigerator from Lowes installed by their delivery team. Worked fine for about 24hours then noticed there was no power. There were no trips in the breaker panel. All of the other outlets work, it’s just the one that’s designated for the refrigerator hookup. I checked for power from the outlet by plugging in a device but nothing. Unfortunately I do not have a volt reader, but I was hoping someone could give me some advice on how to proceed.
