**FREDDY KRUEGER (A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET)**

**Role:** Support

**Difficulty:** High
**Health:** 350
**Speed:** High
**Stamina\*:** 4

**Playstyle**

Freddy Krueger is an abhorrent mixture between a dive DPS and an aggro oriented support. He doesnt have the tools for ripping to pieces his enemies by himself, so that's why he focuses on manipulating his teamates, rewarding ally aggression to spread his nightmare. An opportunist support who turns terror itself into power.

\*Similar to Deadlock, my characters now have a universal movility mechanic where they can dash, slide, wall jump, etc. until their stamina goes away. Freddy has four, which is above average. I will probably post about it in a near future.

**Passive – Fear**

Freddy instills terror in his enemies, causing **–10% cooldown speed** for all enemies within his range.

**Primary – Steel Claws**

Freddy slashes enemies at close range with his metal claws.

* **Life steal** on hit
* **No ammo**

**Ability 1 – Feeding the Monster**

Freddy marks a **feared enemy** as his next victim, creating a circular area around them that empowers his team when they are near the enemy.

* Allies inside gain **+10% total damage**, **+25% melee damage**, and **healing over time (HoT)**
* Lasts **indefinitely** until Freddy goes away or selects another target
* **Cooldown:** 7 s

**Ability 2 – Possession**

Freddy selects an **ally to possess**, vanishing and merging with their body.

* The possessed ally gains **life steal**, **increased movement speed**, and **inherits Freddy’s Fear aura**
* Freddy can still use **Feeding the Monster** and **Ignite** while possessing
* Duration is **infinite**, but effects **decay over time** down to -90%
* Freddy can **jump to another ally** or **end the possession** with a dash
* **Cooldown:** 15 s

**Ability 3 – Ignite**

Freddy sets himself or a nearby ally **on fire**.

* Burning allies inflict **burn damage** to nearby enemies and through **their primary attacks** (for 1 s after hit)
* Freddy takes **self-damage** while the ability is active
* Can be used **during Possession**
* **Duration:** 4 s
* **Cooldown:** 10 s

**Ultimate – Where It All Began**

Freddy transforms a selected area into the **Dream World**.

* The near area goes gray and full of smoke; enemies and allies who enter are **trapped** until the ability ends (they can go in but they cant go out)
* All active **enemy cooldowns are doubled** and suffer the effects of **Feeding the Monster**
* **Duration:** 6 s

**Perks**

* **Minor Perk 1:** \+2 s duration to Where it all Began
* **Minor Perk 2:** \+10% life steal during Posession
* **Major Perk 1:** Ignite now affects Freddy and all nearby allies (+8 s cooldown)
* **Major Perk 2:** Feeding the Monster now grants melee life steal to allies
