Clean V2 switch to a Picofly OLED

Hello all, I want to transfer my clean V2 data to a clean SYSnand on my picofly oled. This might be a dumb question but factory resetting my OLED's SYSnand won't affect its emmuNand and Icoukd bring all my clean data onto my single console right?
