90’s YA series - teenage girl with psychic gifts

I was obsessed with this book series in 1993-1996. Heres what I can remember.

Main character: Teenage girl (maybe name Lily?) discovered her psychic abilities- specifically premonitions/visions of events that were going to happen, and she used the gift to help save people.

It was a series. I had at least 5 of the books.

I remember 1 book in particular: took place at a carnival, I think her vision was someone drowning, and she wound up saving a kid who had fallen on a ride or in the funhouse.

The book cover was all one color (like bright purple or neon green). There was a small circle with a picture of the theme (like a carnival). And below it was the name of the book.

Name: all I can remember is “The ______ _______”

Any ideas?
