Head Impact- work up?

I’m a young male in my mid 20s, I was working in an attic under an inverted corner in the room and I stood up and forcefully hit my head (top back area) against the corner. It was extremely painful. I’ve had an intermittent headache for 2hrs and right after the accident I had throbbing pain there. It has settled, but now I have a bump that is about half a golf ball protruding from my head. My pupils are equal and reactive. I’m not behaving differently. I understand I may end up with a concussion, but do I need to go to an urgent care or ED for any other reason to get imaging? What can possible come of strong impact to my head? Hemorrhage? Normally I would not be concerned, but the impact was very forceful so I just want to be sure.
