I'm 24 y.o and Recently got married, before that I was addicted to porn and masturbation, and after marriage my sexual life was bad af, each sexual encounter lasted for 70-80 mins, it was exhausting for both of us.

you won't know how porn and masturbation influence your real-life sex, it' very bad, real sex has nothing to do with what you watch on porn, it's very different and more pleasurable.

I'm still struggling with my addiction, sometimes I still imagine some porn stuff while doing sex irl. please quit porn and jerking off. I hope we'll will get over our addictions.
