User kindly moved Pokémon for me but now National Dex is total mess 800+ instead of <100

Hey everyone,

Huge thanks to BerRPG for transferring my Pokémon from Pokémon Yellow (Virtual Console) into Pokémon Bank, and then into Pokémon HOME. The transfer itself worked fine — my Pokémon are all there — but something strange happened with my National Pokédex count.

My HOME app now says I’ve completed over 800 Pokémon in the National Dex, even though I’ve only transferred less then 100.

I gather now in hindsight that when you sync bank with home it also pulls across your Pokedex Entries.

It’s not marked the individual switch games as caught but the national Pokedex is complete to number 808.

I gather you can’t reset the account and I can only delete it. Is raising a support ticket worth it? Has anyone had this fixed in the past?

What fixes if any can I do? Would buying a new premium account and moving them across work? For the sake of $16 I’d rather see the Pokedex be reset and fill it myself.
