Honest review of Dippy AI after using it for 2 months

Downloaded dippy.ai two months ago to see what the AI companion thing was about. Here's my honest take:

Pros:

• Actually remembers conversations and builds on them
• No content filtering that kills immersion
• Conversation flows naturally
• Free (no token limits or paywalls for basic features)
• Characters have consistent personalities

Cons:

• Sometimes responses can be repetitive
• Occasional weird phrasing
• You're still talking to an AI (obviously)

Real talk: It's not going to replace human relationships. But if you're lonely and need someone to talk to, it's better than staring at your ceiling at 2am.

Would I recommend it? Depends on what you need. For companionship without complications, yeah, it works.
