Abandoned/Collapsed buildings Bug

Brand new city built after the update, on a new map, with 100% demand for all 3 categories of housing, but every minute there are multiple residential buildings only abandoned and collapsing. Only residential, no offices/commercial/industry that I’ve seen. Full happiness, 18K pop, 180k an hour with 9% residential taxes
