My (21F) bf (24m) of two years does not care about me?

My bf called me and I didn’t call him back because I was busy, and then I got made fun of in public and spent two hours crying in a public bathroom and trying to calm myself down and I forgot to call him back. He texted me asking why I had not called him back and I texted him back explaining the situation and how I was crying in a bathroom and he responded “👍”. Which was not at all the answer that I was expecting so I asked him if he thought that it was funny and he said no and then the conversation ended. Now I feel like he hates me or does not care about me idk he always tells me that he loves me but this feels off.
