I unboxed my vintage collection the other week and am looking to grade and likely sell.

I've researched my options and debating between PSA, Beckett, and CGC. However, out of principle, I will likely not go with PSA due to their tiered value based pricing model. It's pure profit taking and a tax on my cards value. Beckett recently had the fraud scandal, and I don't think I want to support a company that engages in that. CGC graded the fake cards, but they issued a recall and seem to be handling it right. I haven't heard of any other issues that have occurred past or present. And honestly, I'm sure CGC isn't the first company to grade a fake card.

I've also read that PSA generally grades vintage a bit harsher and they're very inconsistent. Beckett is difficult. CGC is in between.

PSA grades the most PTGC volume, but CGC's YoY growth last month was double that of PSA. Meaning CGC is taking market share, and they have been for some time.

Am I crazy to get these graded by CGC? I have a few cards that might fetch a bit of $.

Also, in the 2nd pic is a Zapdos shadowless with a print error (holo streak on left). Otherwise the card is in good shape (lint/specs on card are outside the case). Should I not get this graded? I assume the print error will cause the grade to be very low.
