FPS issue

Hey guys, I just started playing Palworld for the first time in a while but I’m getting insane lag and stuttering and FPS is less than 20

I have a 9070XT and a 9800X3D so I have the requirements to run the game and never had any issues in the past

Any ideas or fixes?
