Need to vent; missed out on my ideal first home

I put in my offer and didnt hear anything back for a few days. 4 days later I see online it says sstc. The next day I’m rushing to ring the realtor to see what’s going on? Apparantly they went with another offer. I have just found out as well that that other offer came in 3 days after mine.

This was from a large company that bought it in a part exchange. I started off with a lower offer and was going to increase dependant on what they said, well I didn’t get a chance to increase my offer. There’s nothing on the market I like as much and I really wanted to be moved asap. It’s so frustrating and I’m so annoyed!! Rant over.

Silently hoping that the sale falls through. This happened to anyone else?
