haywire vs darklances

hello all,

i was doing some unit crunch of haywire vs darklances scourges. it seems haywire would be better only against T12 vehicles and invuls. wouldnt it better to just take dark lances? that way if you came up in a tournament and went against monsters, your haywires wouldn't be wasting a spot in your army. any thoughts?
