Glass tip of silicon dab straw keeps falling out. How to fix?

I just received my White Rhino dabtainer nectar collector / dab straw in the mail today. I used it only a few times, and the glass tip just falls out easily.

Before being used, the glass tip was somewhat firm in the silicon, but now it just comes out with ease.

How can I fix this? I'd rather not buy a new one
