Am I CPU bottlenecked with a 7800x3d and a 5090?

I play COD Warzone and recently BattleField 6 Battle Royale. In the latter, my CPU utilization goes as high as 80% and my GPU utilization sometimes drops below 90%.

I have the game running at native resolution for my G9 32:9 monitor at max setting with DLSS to quality.

Warzone I will also get high CPU utilization and subsequent GPU utilization drops which can cause some micro stuttering.

Is this normal or could this be a driver issue?
