Which country should i choose?

Hey everyone! I recently graduated with a BSc in Software Engineering (3.1 CGPA) from UET. I’m currently working as a Business Developer, but now I’m planning to study Master's in Europe. My budget is around 20–25 lakh PKR. I’m confused about what to choose — should I go for a Business-related Master’s (since I’m already in this field) or go to Data Science (since my degree is in software)? Also, can anyone suggest budget-friendly countries option in Europe that would fit my profile and budget? Any advice or personal experiences would really help!
