Will be in Thailand on 8 November , can the rainy weather improve till then?

I’ll be visiting Bangkok, pattaya then phuket respectively my trip starts from 8th nov. Can someone tell me that the rainy weather will get better? Also tell me how is it now? Is everything still open? And how is the crowd? Is it less because of rainy weather?
