Planning to leave bahrain! Salary system😑

I work 13hrs with overseeing all areas of work that even not in my so called Job role and gets direct half of a bahraini who doesn't do a sh*t rather than watch movies & scroll for 8 hrs and leave i get 200 he gets 350 .Hows that fair are we really living in 2025 no wonder why businesses keep getting shutting down
