Tattoo artist

Hello fam. Im in western NC looking for a tattoo artist who can help me create and execute a tattoo I've been thinking about this full sleeve for over 10 years. Im willing to drive for the right person.

It's the shire meets shakedown. I am thinking surrealism style, shakedown street that leads to the shire. There are lots of music references I want to incorporate from GD, to Phish, ABB, talking heads..... and many more. I don't have socials except for here. Any suggestions or artist you can recommend?

Thanks
