Stalker calling jobs getting me fired

First I should start with I went to prison in 2017 for 2 years for a theft charge that I paid my time for. I have someone who is constantly harassing me, finding where I live calling the cops to do welfare checks on me knowing since my past they always give me a hard time. They find where I work every 3 months and call my employer and I end up being terminated for my past mistakes. I have moved 4 times in the past 3 years beacuse of this person, i have moved multiplehours away and still no luck. I understand what I did I will always pay the price for, but I do not deserve a stalker and nobody does. I know the person who is doing this, but I get no answers when I try to report it to the police on my behalf because from their position the other person is an upstanding citizen. I deserve to live peacefully just like everyone else.

I have no idea what to do.
