I’m so confused! Can someone please give me their honest opinion about this situation?

For context we (Me, M20 and she, F20) were texting a lot for a little more than a week before this first date. I don’t know how to feel about this, she came over everything seemed pretty good and what not, we carved the pumpkins and watched tv that she wanted to watch. she was here for about 4 hours but she said she was tired an she has a long drive home, which is totally fine. But part of me just expected “more” not even in like a sexual way but something just felt off. Now I have no clue where we stand and whether or not she really is down for a second date. I’m just so confused and I don’t go on a lot of first dates so this was way out of my comfort zone, which has me worrying even more if I did something or said something wrong.
