Trash Collection on Carpenter and Packard

In my neighborhood, there is trash collection 5 days per week, sometimes 6 days per week. The collection starts between as early as 4am with multiple pickups that are noisy and highly disturbing with the backup siren and the literal vibrations we can feel from the trucks slamming around the dumpsters.

Yesterday, trash collection started at 2:45am. Which I think is absolutely ridiculous. The collection in my area continued with disruptions to my sleep until about 6am. I'm currently pregnant and dealing with insomnia and disruptions to my sleep already due to my hormones, but am I being ridiculous?

Monday-Friday collections at morning and afternoon times just seem excessive. I understand I live in a busy area, but there is NO way that there is just mountains of trash around here, and we need trash collection all 5 days of the week. Is there anything to be done about this? I'm not sure who to raise these concerns to, but I cannot be the only being disturbed. And a 2:45am collection is just absurd.
