Moving Members

We are in the strongest alliance in the server with the second strongest not helping much in KvK. We were initially 3 alliances that moved together to create a very strong alliance.

After losing a couple KvKs, our R5 has asked for some members to leave to help strengthen weaker alliances for the good of the server.

How would this help the server?
