wrong file from Online.fix.

I accidentally downloaded the wrong file from Online.fix.
What i must do and what it can cause?

the file received 0 detections on VirusTotal.
The file was a zip archive named 62.81.104.48. Inside, there was another rar (or zip) file.
Inside that, there was a setup.exe, which I accidentally ran — first, the CMD and then Microsoft PowerShell opened.
They both closed right after launching.

I didn’t notice any anomalies in the Task Manager.
