Would it be ethical to ask an editor to photoshop old pics of me to increase my odds of winning a court case?

I am a trans man, changing my sex. The process in my country is idiotic to say the least. It requires giving the state pictures of me as a man, social media accounts, 3 different reports, a whole ass essay describing my dysphoria and last, but not least pics of young me, preferably in masculine stances.

Would it be ethical giving this situation to ask an editor to make me look like a boy by altering my outfit or hair? I don't know how good of an idea is asking here, but I don't have ideas where this type of post would go.
