We're supposed to believe that each one of the billionaires are fighting an equal battle over the casino rights.

We're supposed to believe that Beau Tillman's incriminating finger is the biggest of his problems.

However, as mentioned throughout the season, video footage is the proof that could ruin or save anyone. Bash should have had the casino rights that very night Beau Tillman needed the footage of Lester's death deleted.

They are all relatively blameless from Nicky's murder - that happened just from Lester and Nicky themselves. They have no reason not to request their staff to move Nicky's body, or for them to hire a third party cleaner that would never be able to tell who were the ones originally in the room that night.

With that resolved, then the billionaires would all agree to not come back to the Velvet Room so they would be as far from the trail as possible.

When the trio receives the finger and the detective submits it to the forensics, the finger will automatically disappear since the Mayor has the police fully in his pocket.
