"Have Glib"
Readers are probably familiar with the USAF "Have Doughnut" project which referred to one of the MIGs flown at Groom. (I always think of Homer Simpson.)
The Designation Systems website has a list of "have" operations though I don't believe it is updated.
https://www.designation-systems.net/usmilav/names/h.html
which states for Have Glib:
"Blanket project to cover foreign aircraft evaluation at Groom Lake, started 1970; succeeded by Have Idea."
Some believe "Have Glib" is the operation at Site-4. (And some do not!)
Every once in a while a new document turns up in the CIA FOIA reading room except they aren't new exactly. I think someone corrects the OCR (optical character recognition) and old documents show up when you do a search that didn't show up previously. Hence this document related to the U-2 and Have Glib (same document, one with a missing page and one showing the redaction);

I know I haven't seen these before since I certainly would have remembered a reference to the U-2.
