Not loving my CNA job

I see people here talk about how much they loved their CNA job, but I hate mine. I feel overworked and like I don't get many meaningful interactions. It's just bathe, bathe, bathe all day.

What am I doing wrong?

I'm so nervous this means I will feel the same way as a physician.
