Ruminating and making myself feel bad

I've reached a stage two months on where I keep thinking they must have wanted it to be over for a while. They must have disliked me for ages. Even when they were saying how much they wanted me to be with them. They got cold so fast it was over in days.

They have nothing to say to me at all. I haven't been trying to talk to them, but I thought they might be having a hard time too, considering how close we were. I've heard nothing though. They sent me a deleted text two weeks ago and a friend request on xbox. They have absolutely no regard for me at all.
