do people use Devouring or Overwhelming Attrition on Laetum nowadays?

I'm finally building my Laetum, even got a minus Crit Riven which means I can get it to 0% CC with the other evo.

but what about the last evo? Devouring only has a 50% chance to even proc the effect, while Overwhelming always procs but also for less damage and I can't build any status, and I'm not sure how much not having Viral hurts.
