Missing skin

Hello there .i have a problem with my skins . So my gf made an account some time ago and bought the snow moon kayn skin. Today she decided to get back to league and the skin is missing. I know its the right account cuz on her profile she has the Snow moon kayn splash cover . But there are no skins in her inventory. Is there anything i could do?
