Madden 26 Crossplay Franchise Recruiting

Hey everyone! We’re starting up a brand-new Madden franchise league that’s currently in the preseason recruiting phase, and we’re looking for active, sim-minded players to fill out the remaining open teams. The league is run entirely through Discord, and we still have about half the teams available — so now’s the perfect time to jump in and grab your favorite squad before the season starts.

This is a sim-style league with custom sliders tuned to create a realistic NFL experience — games that actually feel like football, not arcade mode. The league owner has over 5 years of experience running successful and long-lasting franchises, so you can expect a well-organized and competitive environment that values both fun and fairness.

All of the rules, settings, and available teams are listed in our Discord, and everything from scheduling to announcements happens there too. If you’re looking for a fresh, realistic league with an active community and a focus on sim football, this is a great chance to get in on the ground floor.

Drop by the Discord link in the comments to check out the open teams and join the league — hope to see you on the field soon! 🏈
