Can't even sell to carvana

Trying to sell our 24 atlas to carvana. They have come out twice now to scan and take the car. The fixd app they use to scan via obd2 won't connect. Took car to dealer first time and they scanned with no issues. What do I do here since driver #2 is here and nothing is working. Has anyone had this experience
