I’m in China now. What jobs can I do?

Me and my husband recently moved to China, in his hometown of Shijiazhuang. I’m interested to find a job but don’t know where to start. My work experience is in healthcare but the problem is I can only speak basic Chinese for now. I can speak English fluently but most schools only want English speakers from US, Australia, UK, etc.

Any idea what other jobs I can do as a “non-native” English speaker? And where do I look for these jobs? Any app recommendations?
