Create a simulator that tries to get the perfect horde of spinda

Years ago I saw a person who showed the probabilities of things happening in Pokémon, and the most unlikely was that a horde of spindas would appear, all shiny, with the same pattern, the same gender, perfect IVs and the same level.

And now that I learned to program, I created a simulation that tries to achieve that, it must be run on the desktop which is where I program it, it creates two files (Save Counter) which is like a kind of save that you have so you don't always start from 0 and (ShinyLog) that you use to adjust the probabilities of the shinys, I'll share my code with you, let's see who is able to get the impossible hord.
