When I try to open task manager I get: Task Manager has been disabled by your administrator.

I am on windows 11, I go a uni that has us install digital exam software on our computers, and the last time I tried opening task manager was long enough ago I can't be certain it's the exam stuff or another factor. Additionally, I recently installed ckan for Kerbal Space Program, ckan is apparently for modding; although I never got it working. I've owned this computer for a while and I know I am the admin and have never disabled task manager. I just restarted my computer to see if it would fix this and a bug with discord, and it got stuck rebooting so I preformed a hard restart or something along those lines from there. I am not very good with computers, so please explain any help you can give as if I were a genuine child who's never done anything significant with a computer.
