Is Coursera plus worth it?

Hi all! I got a plus membership last year but honestly barely used it due to wedding planning, traveling, settling into a new marriage, and moving... toward its expiration I started a few courses and enjoyed them and found them helpful. I want to renew and continue my learning, but I'm a little hesitant about the price. Honestly I'm also not very confident about my consistency.

What are your experiences like? Do you find it worthwhile? I'm looking to find a better employment in the next year and hope the learning will pay off.
