How I Built an 8-Figure Business Using AI (The Exact System)

I’ve been using AI for over a year now to completely automate my online business.
What started as a small side project turned into an 8-figure system that runs almost entirely on autopilot.
Here’s how it actually works 👇
- ChatGPT writes all our content — posts, scripts, and emails
- Perplexity handles research and topic discovery
- HeyGen generates AI videos (no filming or editing needed)
- Automations built in n8n + Zapier handle distribution
- Affiliate funnels convert traffic while I sleep

There are no employees.
No meetings.
No chaos.
Everything runs through a few well-built automations inside The AI Profit Boardroom.
We now have 30,000+ members, tons of free templates, and step-by-step trainings that show exactly how to set this up — even if you’re not technical.
I’m not saying this is some overnight thing… but it’s the first time I’ve seen a business actually scale without adding more people or stress.
