Our office is seeking a part-time office receptionist.The reception supports clinic practitioners on bookings, patient flow, client service matters and operations. Exceptional organization and communication are essential.Working Hours: variable between Monday to Friday. (To be discussed)Responsibilities and ActivitiesIn charge of the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinicGreeting patientsAnswering and returning phone callsChecking and answering emailsBooking appointmentsProcessing payments - Point of sale transaction terminal for accepting cash, credit and debit paymentsKeeping the clinic clean with general cleaning dutiesGreets and check patients in and outProcess patient payments and 3rd Party submissionsCoordinates all reception services effectively and maintain a current and open communication line between reception staff to ensure continuity of day
