Creative refi help!

I'm needing to refinance asap as part of my divorce but I just lost my job and can't wait any longer for an offer letter. I anticipate getting a decent job in a few weeks but by then my deadline for refi will have passed (Nov 6 court date to show it's actually moving forward). Can anyone point me in the right direction? I know that no income/employment verification is hard to get these days but it feels like that's my only option.
