Skipped WiFi drivers

During OS installation I couldn’t find my girlfriends WiFi on the let’s get you connected page and so I asked online and people said to skip it but afterwards I wasn’t connected to the internet so I just went back home and downloaded the motherboards WiFi drivers onto a usb but now I’m not sure how to install them onto my girlfriends new pc. Please help, anything is appreciated
