Dream about vomiting

I decided to take a nap and I dreamt about me being off of work but I was still in the general area of where I work (I work as a gate guard in the navy) and just hung around there. I’m with two of my buddies from work who I hang with pretty often, and two girls I’ve never even met were there, then I just vomit out this soft but crunchy like substance that would break apart as I vomit while talking to one of the girls and some of the pieces were so long that I had to pull it out of my mouth and it felt like it was coming out of my throat as well. I showed one of my buddies a piece that worked in the medical field along with the gate and he said that was nasty and decide to take me back to my room.

Not sure what happened with my other friend and one of the girls but me and my medical friend and one of the girls begin walking and I just basically nonstop keep throwing up this substance, some points it caused me not to breathe and then I just breathe in through my nose and exhale really hard out my mouth and then it’s gone. I never saw it on the floor though. Just kind of exited my mouth and it was gone. I never actually saw the substance except for when I showed my buddy.

I guess what the craziest part about dreams is that they always feel real until you wake up, like I could feel myself vomit up this stuff and pull the longer pieces out. Felt so weird. Anyway, my medical friend and one of the girls begin walking across base we stop at some building that I know doesn’t really exist on base and my buddy who worked in medical hands me a pill bottle and says “Take one of these, then tomorrow go and tell them you took it” he wasn’t specific but I assume he meant a doctor. I don’t remember if I actually took one but the next time I threw up not long after it was a mashed potato like substance that tasted horrendous. And after throwing up some more I wake up. Weird shit right? Never really thought of my dreams or decided to share them but this one stands out to me for some reason and felt like sharing.

TLDR: I constantly vomit a soft but crunchy substance on the military base I work on, take a pill, then it felt like mashed potatoes. Then I woke up.
