Google account suddenly does not exist

it's actually been a long time since this happened but i'm now desperate since there were multiple accounts linked to it and i can no longer access them since it needs that google account. at first, i couldn't log into it through gmail. i was going to check my email for a code because of 2FA. i then tried all sorts of things and i tried recovering it but when i did it said they couldn't find that email address but also when i went to create a new google account with the same email address it said the email is already used. does anyone know about this issue?
