Collecting colostrum

FTM to a 28 week baby. I was told to start collecting colostrum for baby fist time feedings or for lips but I’m not sure about the storage and handling rules when taking colostrum to baby in the NICU or as soon as it’s collected it can be room temperature for 4 hours then it can be frozen for up to 4 days? I’m so lost any advice is greatly appreciated.
